Two spaces, or one giant space (floor through) with a store front available on the border of the midtown arts district and the waterfront district, Kingston NY. Only for work etc. not for living.

Great for studio work, makerspace, dinner parties, photoshoots, large space to work on a large projects, office space, yoga retreats, workouts etc.

1st space: The storefront space has hardwood floors and a private (grand) front entrance, high tin ceilings and adjustable track lighting.

2nd space: The workshop space has a private entrance through the back garden, wood floors, very high ceilings and painted plywood walls.

Both spaces have shared access to the garden space out back, as well as shared (unless you rent the whole floor) full private bathroom (shower) as well as mini studio kitchen (fridge, slop sink, and shelves).

The neighborhood is small and beautiful — on the top of a hill overlooking the Hudson. Great walks, hikes and parks . Around the corner from a pancake cafe. Down the block from fancy coffee as well as regular coffee. Also, the local witch shop, building supplies and a great surplus store.

Uptown kingston a short drive or bike ride away.

The back studio and store front studio can be rented separately or together. Discounts if they are rented together.
Price can be adjusted for more long term sublets or shorter term (by week).

The storefront studio (600sq ft.) : $1100/month
The workshop (350sq ft.) : ($660/month)

My studio is in the garage next to the main building and we live above the spaces. There's also a small werewolf style dog that lives upstairs with us.

Note: Furniture in the back space: couch, tables and shelves, could be present or the space could be empty depending on when you rent it and your preference.
