The neighborhood is small and beautiful — on the top of a hill overlooking the Hudson. Great walks, hikes and parks . Around the corner from a pancake cafe. Down the block from fancy coffee as well as regular coffee. Also, the local witch shop, building supplies and a great surplus store.
Uptown kingston a short drive or bike ride away.
The storefront studio (600sq ft.) : $1100/month
Price will be adjusted for more long term sublets or shorter term (by week).
My studio is in the garage next to the main building and we live above the spaces. There's also a small werewolf style dog that lives upstairs with us.
Note: Not a live work space. Both spaces will be empty of all furnishings.
10% of money generated from rentals go toward free space to local and/or queer/bipoc residencies.
