A three story brick townhouse with New Orleans style balcony built in 1890. Full bathrooms on the ground and third floor and a laundry with half bath on the main level. All appliances and plumbing fixtures are new throughout; radiant heat in the tile kitchen floor and modern Runtal radiators. The two large bedrooms on the top floor are loft like and bright. The top floor also includes one studio/office space for a resident. Common spaces will be in the process of being furnished but bedrooms/studios will be unfurnished
1 private bedroom for each resident, 3 full bathrooms on the ground and 2nd and third floor with laundry on the main level. Full size closets, large windows. Bedrooms are unfurnished but living spaces will be in the process of being furnished. Both Bedrooms are on the top floor and each bedroom is large with painted white wood floors and excellent views.
I’ll be installing a clawfoot tub in the 2nd floor bathroom in January.
THE STORE⚡️
Free to use for all residents and open for rentals for events, pop ups, dinners etc. This space can be used by all residents for projects, meetings, dance space, gallery space, yoga workshops et al. 🤠
Winter Studios/3 Car Garage
The property has a 3 car garage has restored oak hinged barn doors, a new roof, newly repointed masonry and is surrounded by a charming fenced in courtyard, landscaped with bluestone patio and gardens. Residents can use this space to make a woodshop or studio space (in warmer months) or for storage.
The Cellar Studios
The massive cellar that is dry and with an 8' ceiling, windows and exterior bluestone stairs to ground level. Perfect for winter studio space and could also easily house a kiln and ceramics studio.

Rent per person is around $1500/month depending on what you need and includes shared use of the storefront space (to generate income, show work, have an event, sell your wares etc. et al.) private bedroom and private studio space, shared kitchen and living space as well as shared use of outdoor space, garage (winter studios) and a parking spot. Water, trash and WiFi included.
