3 ways to use our space

1. House Work Residency

Starting Nov. 2022. In exchange for helping with projects around the house we offer week long free residencies at the house and/or storefront.

3. Self-Storage Winter Residence

For the winter we offer minimum 2-week stays at the house to live and work. 

If you’d like to stay, fill out the form below (or at this link) the house description and we’ll get back to you asap with availabliity.

Store Front: $500 per week
(no live, just work) 

The Whole Residence (see below for description): $1000/week
Combined Storefront +Residence: $1400/week

1/2 Residence: $700/week
Combined Storefront +1/2 Residence: $1150/week

Description:

2 floors of living/working space. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The top floor has separate small library/office and the top floor bedrooms can be workspaces if you don't need the extra beds.

The primary bedroom (2nd floor) has a small anteroom workspace that leads to the wrought iron balcony with an outdoor couch and view of the trees and water. Very picturesque. The floor also has its own full bath with soaking tub.

All the bedrooms have lovely light and full closets.

There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher radiant heated floors in the kitchen as well as outdoor space with fire pit potential, BBQ and a somewhat wild garden. Small mess space outside for messier projects. 

The storefront: 1,000sq ft.: empty (potential for folding table and chairs) access to shared mini kitchen and full bathroom.

Ethos; 
Self Storage Winter Residence is a for $ retreat for artists and others who would like to have access to space for work or rest. The money that is generated helps to fund the space maintaining itself as well as 
discounted or free use of space for local/queer community members.
